Boat club shares for sale

Boat club has 3 of 5 shares for sale. 2000 X-Star. Mechanically sound and well maintained. 700 hrs.
Interior and hull needs some TLC - a few tears and dings that you would expect on a ten year old boat.
(We plan to re-do the upholstery and carpeting and refinish the hull this winter.)
Black and White. Kept in slip at Ski Shores.
Nice wake with dual rear, bow, and center balast all concealed and switched at the cockpit.
Partners have moved out of state for med school residencies and are entertaining all offers.
